The teachers have a copy of the Annual plan for the school year 2018-2019. They do curriculum mapping where the number of hours and learning competencies are clearly specified. Whenever they draft their lesson plans, they would usually go back to this annual plan and will be backed up by the textbooks and other references.
They also think of the appropriate teaching methods that they will employ in the classroom and it is centered on the needs of the student. Some of them use inductive and exploratory method. Some also use constructivism and cooperative learning. After they determined the methods they will make an outline of the flow of the lesson and prepare the power point presentation and print some materials that they will need during the day of the implementation of the plan.
